Spread 1 = Mayonnaise + pinch chilli powder + Frank's red hot sauce
Spread 2 = Any pasta sauce (puree it if it contains any chunky vegetables) + pinch black pepper powder
Spread 3 = Tomato puree + mayonnaise + black pepper powder
Spread 4 = One ingredient spread***
***If your low on ingredients to make a spread of its own, just go with one ingredient instead. The following works well: mayonnaise, pasta sauce, garlic spread, butter, or spread a bit of ketchup over it..any of the above would do the trick to use as a spread on the bread.
I used green bell pepper, red cherry tomatoes, olives, and onions. Cut them into small cubes or simply chop it small then mix it all together adding a pinch of salt and black pepper powder. Add finely chopped thai chillies (optional) and give it a good mix then set it aside.
Preheat the oven to 325'F. Keep a baking sheet near-by and start to assemble them all together.
