I grew up on an island surrounded by a large family of foodies. This environment exposed me to a wide variety of exotic food, including home-cooked dishes, authentic island cuisines, and popular street food.
Sri Lanka has always been my home. However, it wasn’t until I moved to Ontario CA–a melting pot of diverse flavours–that I discovered my true passion for food.
