Ingredients
  

  • Cream cheese
  • Goat cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 6 jalapeño or banana peppers
  • 6 Breakfast chicken strips

Method
 

Mix the Cheese
  1. You'll need a scoop of cream cheese, goat cheese, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  2. Keep it plain or add your favorite seasonings (chili flakes, garlic & herbs, black pepper - anything goes).
  3. Prep the Jalapeños
  4. Slice each pepper lengthwise
  5. Keep the stems for presentation
  6. Remove seeds (or leave a few for extra heat)
  7. Fill each pepper with the cheese mix
  8. Freeze it for 30 min or more (optional but recommended)
  9. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a chicken strip, making sure the seam is tucked underneath
  10. Bake the Poppers
  11. Place on a parchment-lined tray
  12. Bake at 345°F for 15 mins, then broil for 2 mins for crispiness
  13. Let cool before enjoying
