Method
- Season the veggies - dice or chop all the veggies small, then mix with salt, black pepper, and/or chili flakes.
- Toast the bread - slice the baguette, spread a thin layer of garlic-infused olive oil or butter and toast until lightly golden brown. If your using tomato-based spread, apply it after toasting the bread as is.
- Assemble - spoon the seasoned veggies onto the toasted bread and top with cheese.
- Serve fresh OR toast again – enjoy immediately or give it another round in the oven for melted cheese and extra richness.
