Pressure Cooker Chili Recipe (Power Pressure Cooker XL)

Make this Power Pressure Cooker chili — a hearty, protein‑packed one‑pot meal with beans, veggies, and bold spices. Perfect for weeknights, meal prep, and cozy comfort.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground meat
  • 1 can Kidney beans drained
  • 1 can Black beans drained
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Carrot diced
  • 1 Bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • Salt as need
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper powder
  • 1 pack Chili seasoning and/or or 2 tsp curry powder (my secret ingr.)
  • 1/2 cup Broth
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 jar Catelli garden select sauce
  • Cheese as need

Method
 

  1. Plug in your Power Pressure Cooker XL.
  2. Add the ground meat directly into the inner pot.
  3. Spread it out evenly and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lock the lid and press the 'Chicken/Meat' setting — set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
  5. When done, press 'Keep Warm/Cancel' and use the quick release valve to release pressure. Carefully unlock the lid and open when safe.
  6. Break up the meat into crumbles.
  7. Add kidney beans, black beans, onions, bell peppers, garlic, carrots,
  8. Combine cayanne pepper, chili seasoning pack, and curry powder (optional).
  9. Stir in the broth, water and Catelli garden select sauce.
  10. Lock the lid again, press 'Soup/Stew' setting, and set it to medium pressure for 30 minutes.
  11. Once done, release the pressure, open the lid when safe, and give it to a good stir.
  12. Add salt if need and mix in cheese at the end.
