One-Pot Chili Recipe

One-pot chili recipe — rich flavor, tender beans, soft veggies, and protein all in one pot. Whether you’re feeding a crowd, stocking your freezer, or just craving something warm.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Kidney beans drained
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 1 jar Catelli garden sauce + equal water
  • 1 pack Chili seasoning

Method
 

  1. Heat a deep pot over the stove-top. Add ground meat and break it into small pieces as it cooks (about 10 minutes).
  2. When the meat browns, add the kidney beans and onions.
  3. Combine the Catelli garden select sauce plus equal amount of water. Add the store-bought chili seasoning and stir well.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium, cook for 10 minutes without the lid, then cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes, then bring to a boil.
  5. Add cheese at the end if desired before removing off the stove.
