Mung Beans Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mung beans
  • Water
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Wash mung beans thoroughly.
  2. Boil with plenty of water for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
  3. Add salt, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–20 minutes.
  4. Beans are done when soft and easily squished.
