Method
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender.
- Mix all the seasonings and herbs in a bowl.
- Toss in half the seasoning in boiled potatoes, place them in a parchment-lined air-fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Gently smash using a fork, glass, or masher. Brush remaining seasonings over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over it. Air fry at 375'F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For extra crispiness, add 3-5 more minutes in the air-fryer.
