Herb & Garlic Air-Fried Potatoes Recipe

These crispy air-fried potatoes prove that comfort food can be clean, crave‑worthy, and unbelievably quick.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 small Fingerling potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Preferred oil
  • 1 tsp Chives
  • 1 tsp Parsley dill
  • 1/2 tsp Dill
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced or powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne or chili powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt as need
  • Black pepper powder as need

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender.
  2. Mix all the seasonings and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Toss in half the seasoning in boiled potatoes, place them in a parchment-lined air-fryer basket without overcrowding.
  4. Gently smash using a fork, glass, or masher. Brush remaining seasonings over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it. Air fry at 375'F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. For extra crispiness, add 3-5 more minutes in the air-fryer.
