Deep Fried Cassava Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cassava
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Chili powder optional
  • Frying oil of your choice

Method
 

  1. Remove the tough outer skin and cut cassava into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Season with turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Deep fry in oil until crisp and golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and place it in a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. Sprinkle salt and chili powder as need, cool before enjoying.
