Deep-Fried Cassava

This cassava root can be cooked into so many ways but have you deep fried it into little cubes. Try it and you will love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cassava
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Cut them into thick slices. 

  2. Then cut the sliced circle again into 4 to 6 small cubes. 

  3. Peel the thick outer layer off. 

  4. Put the cubes on a bowl along with a tsp of turmeric powder and a tsp of salt. 

  5. Mix it well then deep fry it until it turns into a golden yellow or until the edges turn slightly darker in shade. 

  6. Once off the fryer sprinkle salt and chilli powder and enjoy it.
