Method
- Add chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter into a microwave‑safe bowl.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave again in 15‑second intervals until smooth and fully melted.
- Add the coffee, stir well until the mixture becomes glossy and thick.
- The coffee should dissolve and blend into the chocolate.
- Line a small container with parchment paper.
- Pour the fudge mixture in and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm enough to cut into squares.
