Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour 250g
  • 1.5 cup Hot water as need
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix flour and salt. Add hot water gradually.
  2. Knead into soft dough. Rest 10 mins.
  3. Divide, roll into thin circles.
  4. Cook on skillet until puffed and golden.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
