- Heat oil over medium-high temperature, add curry leaves, sundried chili pepper, and mustard seeds to let them sizzle.
- Toss in the sliced onions, minced ginger and garlic. Cook until onions softens.
- Lower heat to add cumin, fennel, turmeric powder. Stir then add the green chilies and cauliflower. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes stiring often.
- Add coconut flakes and salt to season. Stir-fry for 3 minutes then remove from heat.
