Carrot Sambal Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Carrots peeled and shredded
  • 2 Green chilies optional
  • 2 Shallots sliced
  • tsp Black pepper powder adjust to taste
  • 3 tbsp 2% yogurt
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Adjust consistency with yogurt — thick or runny, it’s your preference. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
