Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2 Bitter melons
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 Thai green chili pepper
  • 1/2 small Tomato
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder or chili flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup Milk 2% or Coconut milk
  • 1/2 Lime Juice

Method
 

  1. Wash, dry, and slice the bitter melon.
  2. Remove seeds and white flesh.
  3. Soak slices in salted water for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain and toss with oil, turmeric, and salt.
  5. Air fry or pan fry until crispy.
  6. Combine with onions, chilies, tomatoes, chili flakes, milk, lime, and salt.
