Make these easy 5‑ingredient jalapeño poppers — crispy, creamy, baked, and naturally gluten‑free. Perfect for parties, game nights, and quick appetizers.

Ingredients
  

  • Jalapeno pickled or fresh
  • Cream cheese plain or flavored
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil of your choice

Method
 

  1. Place the flour on a bowl, a beaten egg in another bowl, and the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl and set aside
  2. Pat dry the jalapeno slices in paper towel to remove excess liquid
  3. Place the cream cheese in the center of each jalapeno slice to fill in
  4. Each slice is tossed in flour first, coated in egg next, and then covered in breadcrumbs. Ensure each slice is completely covered in crumbs
  5. Spread each slice in a freezer-friendly tray and freeze it for atleast 30 minutes or overnight
  6. Deep fry to a golden when ready to enjoy
