Bite-Size Samaposha Balls - Small in size but big on flavours
Samaposha is an amazing breakfast cereal that can easily be turned into a delicious treat. This bite-size Samaposha balls can be made under 10min. Ingredients
1/2cupSamaposha
1/2cupCoconut scraped or desiccated coconuts
3tbspSugar
1tbspJaggery (in small pieces or scrapped)optional
pinchSalt
1tspWater or as neededneed more if using desiccated coconuts
Instructions
Add scrapped coconuts, sugar, jaggery (optional), and a pinch salt to the samaposha.
Combine a tsp of water and give it a good mix first. Use your dominant hand to take a small portion, squeeze if needed to, make round shape balls the size of a golf-ball.
If it is difficult to form a ball - not holding or if it continues to crumble off when shaping, add a few extra drops of water to help hold the shape. Too much water is not good. Use as little water as you can and continue to form golf-ball size shape until the rest are all made into small round shaped balls as well.
