How to Make the Chili in an Instant Pot

  • Set instant pot to SAUTE (15 mins)
  • Add 1lb of ground meat of your choice and salt as need
  • Stir until browned
  • When done press CANCEL

Step 2

  • Grab your preferred ingredients below to add to the instant pot.
    • A can of beans rinsed & drained (black beans, kidney beans, or pinto beans)
    • Pick a few veggies to dice it to desired size
      – Carrots
      – Onion
      – Mushrooms
      – Tomatoes
      – Celery
      – Bell peppers
    • Seasonings: go with all or pick your fav.
      – Chili seasoning pack
      – Black pepper powder
      – Curry powder (my secret ingredient)
      – Chili powder
      – Cayenne pepper
    • Flavor base
      – Tomato puree
      – Veggie stocks
      – Water as need

Step 3

  • Lock the instant pot lid and set valve to SEALING
  • Select CHILI mode (30 mins)
  • When done, press CANCEL
  • Turn valve to VENTING
